Job Description Airline Distribution Performance Engineer Description: • The ADPE is a consultant and an engineer of technical solutions focused on airline distribution performance for TN customers. • ADPEs are addressing airlines’ questions and concerns related to selected connectivity products. • They are optimizing Sabre services and products to assure air content is distributed as intended by the airlines. • They are being consulted during connectivity products evaluation and implementation. • They assist in resolving issues related to air content quality impacting Travel Agencies. • They collaborate with several Travel Network and Airline Solutions teams, including support teams, product & technology, marketing, supplier commerce. Responsibilities / Job Description Understanding airlines’ revenue management control: • Acquiring necessary information from technical/analytical teams on vendor side. • Advising on required activations and service optimizations. • Providing feedback (internally) on product gaps and necessary enhancements. Escalating issues causing significant impact to TN business: • Delivering data illustrating business impact. • Troubleshooting and assisting with investigation conducted on airline side. • Assuring effective communication between technical and support teams. Measuring performance: • Conducting on-demand and regular meetings to review performance. • Delivering reports illustrating agreed metrics. • Advising on improvement opportunities (for example: connectivity product activations). • Develop performance dashboards and alerts.
